Ingredients:

• Ring Vanille Crèmeux
• Cremeux Ruby
• Meringue Crunch Framboos
• Strawberries
• Aardbeien Coulis
• Raspberry powder
• Atsina Cress

Method:

1. Place the frozen ring on the plate and allow it to thaw.
2. Arrange the strawberries around the ring and decorate the ring with Meringue Crunch Framboos.
3. Pipe the strawberry coulis into the ring.
4. Finish with raspberry powder and Atsina Cress.
