- Cut out the red pepper vegetable sheet with a cutter.
- Place the sheet with the glossy side up and fill with the desired filling.
- Cover with another sheet, glossy side down.
- Seal the two sheets together with a few drops of water and press the edges.
- Place the ravioli in a steam oven for 90 seconds at 90°C with 100% humidity.
