• Tomato
• Chives
• Caviarolli chili
• Vegetable Espuma tomato
• Edible flowers

Preparation:

1. Arrange the oyster on a tomato brunoise and finish with a mixture of tomato and chives, caviarolli, espuma and edible flowers.
