Ingredients:

• Maxi Quenelles Rood Fruit
• Crémeux Framboos
• Spongecake Framboos
• Spuitzak Crémeux Ruby Chocolade Perzik
• Peaches

Preparation:

1. Fill a silicone mould with Crémeux Ruby Chocolade Perzik and freeze.
2. Cook the peaches in a pan with oil.
3. Unmould the Crémeux and place on the plate to thaw.
4. Finish the plate to your liking.
