Ingredients:

• Honey-roasted cherry tomatoes
• King crab
• Choron espuma sauce

Preparation:

1. Roast the tomatoes in the oven with olive oil and herbs
2. Crack 2 cooked king crab legs
3. Warm the Choron espuma sauce in a bain-marie and finish the dish with it
