Ingredients:

• Cremeux Chocolade Hazelnoot
• Spongecake Basilicum
• Red fruit
• Red fruit coulis
• Cress

Preparation:

1. Fill a silicone coffee-bean mould with Cremeux Chocolade Hazelnoot and freeze.
2. Unmold the cremeux, place it on the plate and let it thaw.
3. Finish with Spongecake Basilicum, red fruit coulis, red fruit and cress.
