• 200 ml apple juice
• 60 ml tonic
• ice cubes
• 2 blackberries
• Garnish: sprig of tarragon
• Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon
• Apple Glass 100 % chef (art. 160/0094)

Pour the apple juice and tonic into a mixing glass and then into the serving glass. Add a few ice cubes and blackberries to the cocktail.

Finish with ‘Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon’ and a sprig of tarragon.
