Ingredients:

• Feuilletée Karamel
• Maxi Quenelle Yoghurt Mousse
• Mini Sfera Yuzu
• Maxi Sfera Exotisch
• Spuitzak Crémeux Kalamansi
• Yopol
• Cress

Method:

1. Start with a piece of Feuilletée Karamel.
2. Place 4 Maxi Sfera Exotisch and pipe dollops of Crémeux Kalamansi over them.
3. Cover with a second piece of Feuilletée Karamel.
4. Place 3 Mini Sfera Yuzu on top of the second Feuilletée Karamel. Add a Maxi Quenelle Yoghurt Mousse on top.
5. Finishing: Sprinkle a little Yopol over the whole. Garnish with Cress for a fresh, decorative touch.
6. Serve immediately.
