Bordalou Basis with Blueberries

Ingredients

• Bordalou Basis
• Whipped cream
• Blueberries
• Yopol

Preparation

1. Bake the Bordalou frozen for 20–25 min. at 170°C, thawed 15–20 min., and let cool to room temperature before unmolding.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Pipe a small tower of whipped cream onto the cold Bordalou.
4. Finish with blueberries and Yopol.
