In collaboration with Carl Wens of restaurant De Pastorie in Lichtaart, Didess launched a range of kroepoek. Unlike most kroepoek, Didess' version is made from tapioca rather than shrimp. As a result, the kroepoek is available in several variants, both savory and sweet.
