The Crispy-Foams are crispy foam bites that melt in the mouth: a new textural experience. The bites are enriched with intense flavours: Coffee-Cacao, Beetroot-Yoghurt and Lychee-Passionfruit. Unlike meringues, these foam bites can be cut in half or pricked to create a hole so they can be filled with a delicious cream.
