Vegetable Sheets Beetroot

Gluten-free vegetable sheets made from 32 % beetroot. These sheets offer chefs many creative uses in the kitchen. Besides being used for sushi, these sheets can also be deep-fried or steamed.
Preparation advice
- For Sushi: ready-to-use.
- In the fryer: fry for a few seconds at 170°C
- In the steamer: steam for 90 seconds at 90°C, with 100% humidity.
Storage advice
Store at room temperature. After opening, the sheets can be stored at room temperature until the expiry date, provided the bag is properly closed after each use.
