Alcohol-free cocktail-foam with strawberry and basil. A delicious, fresh foam developed in collaboration with blendbrothers.

Preparation advice

Shake vigorously and dispense as required while holding the siphon upside down. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use. Cocktail-Foam will stand for 5 to 15 minutes. Foam will stand for even longer: - In a tall, narrow glass - On sparkling drinks - Glass tapered at the top - As the alcohol content decreases.

Storage advice

Store in the refrigerator between 0 and 7°C. After opening, the siphon can be stored in the refrigerator until the expiry date, provided the nozzle is cleaned properly after each use.
