Ingredients

• Tarte Tatin Cherry tomatoes
• Tuna
• Capers
• Cress
• Chives
• Mayonnaise
• Basil
• Caviaroli Basil - Food Revolution by Didess

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and peel off the paper while they are still frozen.
3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
4. Slice the tuna thinly and arrange on the plate.
5. Mix the mayonnaise with basil.
6. Place the baked Tarte Tatin on the tuna.
7. Finish the Tarte Tatin with basil mayonnaise, chives, cress, capers and Caviaroli Basil.
