Ingredients

• Tarte Tatine Kerstomaten
• Rastoria Tomaat
• Burrata
• Caviaroli - Food Revolution by Didess
• Pesto
• Cress

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer, carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
4. Spread pesto over the plate and place the tarte tatin on top.
5. Finish with burrata, Caviaroli, Rastoria Tomaat and cress.
