Ingredients

• 5cl vodka
• 2cl lime juice
• Ginger beer
• Lemongrass
• Mint
• Crushed ice
• Lime slice
• Cocktail-Foam Ginger & Lemongrass

Preparation

1. Fill the glass with vodka and lime juice.
2. Add the ice and top up with ginger beer.
3. Finish with Cocktail-Foam Ginger & Lemongrass, lemongrass, mint and a lime slice.
