Mascarpone with Hazelnut

Ingredients:

• Bar Mascarpone
• Piping bag Crèmeux Chocolate Hazelnut
• Crumble Brazil Coffee
• Crunchy Nut Hazelnut - Food Revolution by Didess
• Cocoa powder

Method:

1. Fill a silicone mould as desired with Crèmeux Chocolate Hazelnut and freeze.
2. Cut the Mascarpone Bar into three equal pieces and place on the plate.
3. Unmould the crèmeux, roll it in the cocoa powder and place it on the plate.
4. Finish with Crunchy Nut Hazelnut and Crumble Brazil Coffee.
