Our Lukken pay tribute to Dirk Peeters' legendary kotmadam, who always delighted her students with boxes of Lukken during the New Year season.

To this day, Dirk still visits his trusted kotmadam every year.

Lukken are perfect served with coffee or tea, and make a wonderful base for desserts, such as building a waffle cake with cream and fruit.
