Ingredients:

• Maxi Quenelle Tanzania Chocolade
• Pure Chocolade Bross
• Feuilletée Karamel
• Piping bag of Crémeux Chocolate & Hazelnut
• Raspberries
• Vene Cress

Preparation:

1. Start with a piece of Feuilletée Karamel as a base.
2. Add 2 Maxi Quenelles Tanzania Chocolade on top of the feuilletée karamel.
3. Place pieces of Pure Chocolade Bross and raspberries between the quenelles.
4. Pipe dollops of Crémeux Chocolate Hazelnut between the elements and finish with cress.
