Espresso Martini

Ingredients

• 3cl vodka
• 2cl Kahlua
• 3cl ice-cold espresso
• 1cl sugar syrup
• 3 coffee beans
• Ice cubes
• Crushed Ice
• Cocktail-Foam Cocoa & Yuzu

Preparation

1. Chill the martini glass with crushed ice.
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, vodka, Kahlua, espresso and sugar syrup.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour into the martini glass and finish with Cocktail-Foam Cocoa & Yuzu and the 3 coffee beans.
