Ingredients

• 5cl gin
• 3cl lemon juice
• 2cl sugar syrup
• 2cl blackberry liqueur
• Blackberries
• Tarragon
• Crushed ice
• Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon

Preparation

1. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to the shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and pour into the glass.
3. Add ice and blackberry liqueur.
4. Finish with Cocktail-Foam Blackberry & Tarragon and blackberries.
