Traditional Quiche Lorraine, Belgian-style. The quiche’s thin crust is homemade and provides plenty of room for the rich filling of fresh cream, bacon strips, and onion.
Preparation advice
Thaw for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bake the quiches at 180°C: 20 to 25 minutes if thawed, 30 to 35 minutes if frozen. For quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the broiler. Serve the quiches as a lunch dish with a fresh salad, cut into pieces as an appetizer, or as a side dish with a main course.
Storage advice
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store for up to 8 days at 0 to 4°C. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
