What began as a personal pursuit of Filip Peeters during the lockdown grew into a gastronomic phenomenon that captured the hearts (and stomachs) of many.
Inspired by his love of cooking and his pursuit of perfection, Filip Peeters began making Tarte Tatins at home, upside-down apple tarts that honour traditional French cuisine with a playful twist.\n
The artisanal process, using seasonal and local ingredients, resulted in delightful creations that soon attracted the attention of friends, family and local restaurants.
With growing demand for his delicious creations, Filip Peeters looked for a way to share his Tarte Tatins with a wider audience. This led to a collaboration with Dirk van Didess. Together we bring the unique flavours of Les Soeurs Miller to a larger audience, with a range of four exquisite Tarte Tatins, each with its own character and flavour profile.
